Sorry, but that makes no sense.
There is no debate as to whether cash is an asset. It clearly is.
You can debate whether it's a "tangible" or "intangible" asset, I guess. I.e., you can debate on what
kind of asset it is (for accounting purposes). But there's no debate that cash is an asset.
