People who take the time to type "USE THE SEARCH FUNCTION!"
If you have the time to type that, then you have the time to search for the answer yourself and provide the newbie the link. If you don't have time to search, and don't know the answer, just move along.
In the "real" world if someone asked you for directions you wouldn't scream "USE YOUR GARMIN!!!" now would you? You would give them directions or tell them you don't know and move along. Being on the internet does not make any of us 9 feet tall nor give us the freedom to be snarky to a total stranger.
