they do not want to be bothered. extracting is not as good as warming up the motor and completely draining.
Whenever i am under the Cayenne i enjoy looking at the quality of every component and how clean and oil free the engine is after all the years.
Changing the oil is the same as any car, odd they won't do it.
It is no harder than doing my Wife's landrover, with it's skid plate etc..
