In the latest version(s) of Firefox, you can go to the up left corner, drop down the "Firefox" menu, select Options -> Privacy -> and look for "remove individual cookies". A new window comes up and you can search for individual cookies to remove. Either scroll down to inflammable.com, highlight that folder and select "remove cookies". Then you can vote again but if you remove the cookies again, the site comes up and tells you that the I.P. has been used to vote in the last 5 minutes. If you wait five minutes after voting and clearing the cookies, you can vote again from the same I.P.
