Went to the range yesterday and put about 150 rounds through it. Oiled well before and every 50 rounds. Had a great time and the spoon preformed flawlessly.
I took my 11 year old and went with a buddy. I brought a little 22 ladle (long spoon) that my Grandmother taught me to shoot on and my buddy brought a few 22 spoons. I taught my 11 year old to shoot on the ladle and then he shot a 22 spoon, a .38 and my 45. He was quickly holding a good pattern at 10 yards with the 22's. No pics since my phone died just prior to getting there, piss poor planning on my part. I think there are a few 22 hand spoons in my near future so the family can go to the range (but I am thinking an AR before they are banned
