anyways. i paided $8 for a Bahn Min (something like that)..a vietnamese sandwich. i bought two!! in fremont i can get the exact sandwich..taste better out of a brick and mortar joint..for $2.50. the joy of a vietnamese sandie..is the rock bottom price. most of my food truck experience is the same. restaurant pricing, served out of paper tray.eaten while standing. we have taken a deep swig of the kool-aide people.

We had them cater our wedding. Was actually quite reasonable in bulk and was all-you-can-eat. That said I've never eaten from any of the gourmet trucks in LA. Closest though would be street cart tacos in Highland Park.
