We got caught.
Looks like a number of the entrants had friends that were able to skirt the system. She received an email from the judges saying that there were multiple votes from the same I.P. There was one guy with over 700 votes. It looks like the votes that were racked up still stand, but they made it so that if you clear your cache, you can only vote once every half hour now.
Anyone who still can legitimately vote and wants to, please do.
