Boy, some people can be so bitter about the lotto.
If someone wants to throw a couple of bucks in, why not? It's not really any different from Vegas. I don't play all the time. I actually won more before I turned 18, though they were $2 and $5 winnings. Every now and then, when the multi-state jackpot grows, I will buy a few. If you don't play, you'll never have a chance of winning, no matter how great the odds.
It's so much nicer with OJU being banned for two weeks. Ahhh, time to sit back and smell the roses.
