I rarely ever play the lotto. Only if my work wants to buy tickets or a group of friends want me to go in with them. My mom gave me $10 worth this time.
I figure that I don't really drink so the $20 I spend here and there is probably less than I would spend on alcohol if I drank.
Everybody has a vice that someone else doesn't think is worth the money. Food, liquor, lotto tickets, cars, travel marathons... Again, to each their own. Who am I to say where somebody spends their money?
