The math impaired people were THICK at the local gas stations that sell lottery tickets. Fortunately I did not need to go to one of the stores for anything. The parking lots were full and there were lines of people at the stores. I was in traffic on my way to a local grocery store that does NOT sell the tickets. Sitting at the traffic light watching the lines of people at the stores just made me shake my head in amazement.
I see it as a tax on math impaired people. I chose not to participate. Good luck to those that want to donate their money to the dream. I prefer to waste my money on beer
