With $2,500 due at signing you are at $673 a month for 39 months with 10k miles a year. This is a $57,720 MSRP car ,M sport, cold weather, premium, tech.upgraded sound. It was a car we had in the pipe line when I got the msrp but Paul traded it out to another dealer, can’t remember all the options but it had almost everything in it.

You get $2,750 in holiday cash and loyalty money that is in on this deal, we can lock you in on an order before year end to get that savings, if you wait until spring the money goes away. You have to get the order in before year end.
$57,720 MSRP.....you should easily be able to negotiate $4000 off, so $53,750. Applying the $2750 holiday/loyalty money brings it to $51,000. This should be your cap cost target with no money down.

39 month money factor (buy rate) is 0.00130, or 3.12%
39 month residual at 10K mi/yr is 60%, or $34,632 residual

With no money down (no cash cap reduction) you'd have a base payment (before tax)of $525/mo. Tax would be additional, but I believe PA calculates 7% of payment like most states. So if $525 then $562 w/ tax.

And yes, this is accurate.

You'd need to pay your first payment ($525), acquisition fee (~$695), and whatever PA fees/plates/inspections/etc and any other dealer fees. That should be way less than $2500 due at signing.
