As a person who has to repair/upgrade PC's for all my family and friends, I do not care for the "all-in-one" approach because of limited upgradeability and repair/replacement capabilities. If you have a good warranty and are prepared to replace the entire unit after the warranty has expired, then you're all set... Just my .02 worth....
