In all the years we have lived here we have never used the convection feature or the sensor feature. The big challenge is finding a unit that fits the hole in the cabinet. The hole is 25.5 wide and 17.5 tall. I guess I will post a question for the brain trust.

< $50 for a new magnetron, and small change for a new PFN capacitor. Both are easy to swap out. They're about the only things that go wrong in a uW oven (other than the fuse). Done it myself several times. Often you end up with a slighly more powerful magnetron to stick in it.
Open it up, get the part numbers off them, and google away 'till you find a parts supplier.
You may even get lucky by googling the oven model number along with the word magnetron and or capacitor and price, and have replacements without opening up the unit.
