I ran all over town, including the Porsche dealer to try and find some of these 10.9 bolts. I ended up getting a hold of Chuck from Elephant Racing and he had a package of rear suspension hardware in the correct sizes, color and hardness. If memory serves it was around eighty dollars, but took care of all the hardware in the rear suspension area- no concentric bolts though.
