In another post I told of a 5:30AM Sunday call I made to Keurig concerning my coffee maker - while they couldn't help me fix it, they di send out a brand new one at no charge. The world would have been perfect if they also made arrangements to have a pretty 23 blond size 4 deliver a steaming gallon of Dunkin Donuts coffee to my house within 5 minutes but thats the stuff of a different universe
