Very scary. That simple.

If is was a running engine and had oil in it it may be ok. Or not.

If it was a rebuilt engine it depends on what they used for lub when assembling it.

Pull the plugs, and circulate as much Fresh oil as possible by turning it over with starter. Try not to burn out the strater. Lite it off and see what happens.

My guess is that it will leak more than normal, in the best case, and worst case freeze up due to sludge built up somewhere. Maybe someone with more experience than I have could say more definetly.
