Just wondering your thoughts.
A while back I had hail hit my car. There were minor dents on the roof, hood, etc. I took it into the shop, and they had their local PDR company fix the dents. Everything but the roof came out easy, but because of the headliner being glued in, they had to "glue-pull" the few dents on the roof. The glue-pulls pulled off some of the clear coat in the process. Now the insurance company wants me to file a separate claim for "additional damage". I have to pay two deductibles to fix ONE hailstorm?! Granted the repair to the roof paint probably won't cost my full deductible, but I'm already paying one deductible. Shouldn't I get the car back in the same condition I had it before the hail? It has been 2 months, and I'm starting to get irritated. If this is how insurance works now, then we are all in deep %#$&. What do I do?
