So this 993 S has 68k miles and a salvage title - I guess 20k seems like a lot, even for a 993, doesn't it?
I realize the last of the air cooled cars is starting to bring more money...but when I can find 1999 and 2000 996's with a few more miles and clean titles for 17,000 - 24,000...maybe that's a better way to go?

Actually, it is an whole different ball game being a 993, C2 or C4 "S"?
A 993 C?S at $20K is not a bad deal, even if the title is dirty, but the chassis checked to make sure it is true.. Also, any documentation on the rebuild & the history of the 993??? Hell, if I had the extra $20K (and didn't have so many irons in the fire) I'd be interested in it, if you chose not to get it, and he is open to trades I still am
