UPDATED 12/19 12PM TO REFLECT REMAINING PARTS FOR SALE
All the below parts are for/off a 1986 turbo unless otherwise noted. All parts are 100% FUNCTIONAL. 951's have enough problems without reselling crap parts.
I have a huge amount of stuff to get through, so I will be updating this almost daily as I clean things up and figure out pricing. Everything listed below as New is of course, never put on car, and most of the rest of the stuff has less than 3000 miles on it. That would be the number of miles I drove the car on the rebuild before taking it apart. All prices are less shipping. I'll work with you and shop around everywhere to get you the parts shipped for a low cost. I am in Hampton, CT, if anyone is local and wants to pick parts up. The prices below are firm.

1989 Turbo S engine- $500
True M44/52 engine. Bought from forum member TechnoDuck a while back. Perfect bores, zero stripped holes, zero problems. Assemble and go. The engine is in shortblock form with the rest of the pieces to complete the motor, with the exception of the head. Yes, the cam tower with hot cam comes with it. He wanted to keep it when I bought it, and I had a built, ported/polished/decked/flowed NA head ready to go on it. The rod bearing caps have been loosened for inspection, and I would recommend replacing them before reassembling motor rather than retightening. I would offer the engine with hot head for $1000. The head has 5 angle valve job, all new valves (proper sodium-filled turbo exhaust valves), new valve guides, new springs.
Garrett Dual Ball Bearing Turbo- $1300
I bought this from Vic at Pauertuning, put about 2700 miles on the turbo before I took it out when pulling the engine apart. This is the exact turbo discussed in Nize's thread here:
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-944-turbo-turbo-s/346595-turbo-upgrade-pauer-tuning.html
This comes with the oil feed line, water hard line for turbo water pump, and a modified water inlet line for the engine side to allow it to bolt/screw right in to a stock setup. The only other requirements for installing this turbo are a clearance cut to the alternator rear plastic shroud, and a 3" J-Boot.
I'd offer a package deal with the turbo and the abovementioned 3" silicone J-Boot, wastegate and EBC for $1600.
More parts to come.
