There are devices that USED to be made such as the cassette adaptor that was mentioned. The fact is the radio/cassette deck in a car has been dead for well over a decade and it may be hard to find a company making anything anymore. You may want to look on ebay. In fact CD's are on there way out in favor of mp3 formats. There are companies that make very modern radios masked with vintage faceplates. It's mostly for american muscle cars but they may have something with the look you want.
