One thing you can do while searching is go to apple.com, put what you want into your cart.

During the checkout process there is an option to pick up in store.

Hit that and it will open a window, enter your zip and it will show you what stores have inventory.

Right now none will.

The inventory gets updated at 10 pm your local time zone.

Keep the item in your cart.

You need to hit the cart and do a store search at 10 on the button, if you delay anything that is available will be gone within a minute.

If you see something buy it, don't hesitate. Have your CC ready.
