I listed that based on the numbers but here's the breakdown

3MA is the GM build code for a 2004 Pontiac GTO LS1....roughly 345hp

Casting number 12561168 is a LS6 or late LS1 aluminum block (both 5.7L)
The 2004 Holden Monaro / Pontiac GTO, Chevy SSR, and the C5 Corvette were the last vehicles to use the LS1, both replaced by the 6.0L LS2 the following year

The etched serial number won't tell you anything
