I looked at the Moon stuff - pretty cool (which is what you guys added iirc). I will be doing some mixing on the Focals during break.
I hear ya on the year over year stuff. In my case I got a promotion and salary bump this year. But that just means I have to bring in even more money to cover the salaries of me and my team. No free lunch...
