It's end of year bonus time/wage review etc and one of my employees says to me the other day "I do not need a raise. Look after the other guys."
This fellow is the lowest "fulltimer" on the pay grid. He has worked for me for 3.5 yrs and I have bumpped him up each year since he has started. We've had a good year. I am lucky to have him and it gives me pleasure to do so under these circumstances.
