I'm also with Rick on this issue, but glad the guy is out. I will no longer travel in Mexico. There is plainly just too much lawlessness there. I hope the guy learned some lessons from this: 1) Like the sign says, bringing guns or ammo into Mexico is a very serious offense. It's been that way for many, many decades. 2) Once you cross the border (into any other country) you are subject to their laws. 3) When you pass into Mexico, don't expect to be treated fairly or rationally when you get into a dicey situation. 4) How you fair is mostly up to the whim of local authorities. 5) Use some common sense for Crist's sake!
