you guys remember when El Paso PD chased a stolen car into mexico? i think the police got confused where the border was in the heat of the moment and screech to a halt on the wrong side..the Mexican officials arrested them.
i might be imagining this story. it was a long time ago. i think Clinton went and got them back.
