Actually it has cheapies on it with toe straps. Her hold bike has clip shoes (Specialized?) and actually on one ride she had to abruptly stop and fell over as she could not relase quik enough. She has had knee surgery so I am worried about her in this regard.
What is the best system for pedals in terms of performance and comfort with ease of use?
