A BMW 2002ti I had 30 years ago started running on 3 cylinders after flooring it once and I pulled plug wires to find the dead cylinder and when I removed the spark plug the white insulator had a little piece broken off.
I guess it was sparking from the center electrode sideways there where the porcelin was missing instead of to the ground electrode and like that it wasn't igniting the mixture and firing the cylinder.
Changed the plug and everything was back to normal so hopefully it's something simple like that on yours.
