You'd be better off with an E39 530i/540i. My wife has a 540i that I just cannot get her out of. Had it for 4 years maybe. Only has 110,00kms on it. She loves it. The fact that around town we still get 11l/100 or so is a bonus. 8-9l/100 on the open road. Not bad for a 300HP V8.
