My first response:, I can't believe it's against the law to simply own a "large capacity" magazine. I mean, I know it's DC, but ... seriously? My initial instinct was to just ignore this as DC police just going crazy again.

Then somebody pointed out that he's seriously anti-gun. So I amend my stance: I'm with the "measure him by his own yardstick" camp. If he's seriously anti-gun, what's he doing with an illegal gun accessory, anyway? 10 years in the slammer for ya! I'm looking forward to the protests against this "injustice."
