a search in 911 technical could be useful; try the search term "storage" and see what you find

I'd hose the interior of all cyls. with Kroil or something, wait a few days, then carefully try to turn the engine by hand.

You will want to replace all the rubber brake hoses as well as the tires. Any rubber bushings in the suspension and brake cyl. seals need to be redone also.

Once you get the braking and suspension + tires up to snuff, you can drive it safely.

After that, it is all just $$, time & sweat to make it a nice fun car.
