I'm too far from town to get DSL or cable, so I have Hughes Net.
I pay about $70 per month, with the taxes, for their minimum plan with 10 g per month.
Right now they are pimping their new Gen4 technology, and you can get the basic package for less than I am paying. Plus you get the installation for free with this promo.
Sat does not hold a candle to DSL or Cable, but I guess it's better than tin cans and string.
