Back to driving courtesy and skill:

Drivers who realize they need to turn around and either:

1) Do a u-turn right in the middle of the road where they block traffic as well as go over sidewalks, sprinkler heads, run over shrubs, etc.

2) Pull into a side road and then try to back out into a busy road - instead of finding a driveway on that side road to do the turn around in

Boils down to being lazy, selfish, unskilled, and ignorant.

That should be stamped onto their drivers licenses if I had anything to do about it.
