it is ethanol, just like beer. however, they use juniper berries (see below), which are toxic. i find that interesting. also, they use a few other things to flavor the alcohol. i like gin, but i could never drink it in any kind of quantity.

this is probably the first new years in a LONG time where i do not. i went to bed at 8PM. it was a fkn exhausting day for me and the missus.
on a brighter note, the pup has figured out the dog door! i had to put a box in front of it so she could get out (getting in is not as difficult), but she has it figured out. damn smart dog, these english setters.
