ok, the 944 has one resivoir for the brake and clutch system
the tube in question goes to the clutch master cylinder and the only pressure it is exposed to is atmospheric
I keep an eye on that tube. I may be a little harder than it was when I installed it but it's still functioning, and it's not changing color or getting cloudy so there is no chemical interaction with the vinyl and the break fluid
