I paid $17k in 2006. I paid a premium because all the SC issues had been addressed (airbox, tensioners, headstuds) so it was a premium to me to feel pretty confident that the car was good to go with minimal worry. Plus it had the 3.2 short stroke conversion which is awesome.
I originally listed it for $18k, hoping to get 16k but expecting 15k. That was my rock bottom, or so I thought. I lowered it several times, until I eventually had the price at $13k. I had a couple people offer $10k, which I thought was way too low to even be worth my time.
I think this car is a steal at $13k, even in consideration of its imperfections. If I can't get more than 10k I'll probably hold onto it.
