I would cast another vote for $12k-$13k. You have a number of nice and appealing (to the right person) upgrades, but 300k on the chassis is ultimately going to limit your buyers. Ask much more and you're competing against similarly nice cars with 1/4 of the miles.
When selling a car online, there's two things you can't have too much of - detail and high quality photos. Regarding the description you're off to a good start, but you can go a lot further. Think about what sellers will want to know and tell them before they can even ask. You say the Targa top is in "good" shape, but give more details - no fold marks, rubber seals in perfect condition, does not leak, etc. I read your description and think you're hiding flaws, because I know a 300k car is not perfect. Provide details on everything you see as an issue and why. Details, honesty, and pictures sell cars. If people trust you, they're more likely to fly across the country or purchase the car sight unseen. And if you're honest, they'll be happy as hell when they receive it.

I always detail all of my service work as well as any PO receipts in a spreadsheet that I email to interested parties. I also take a ton of high resolution pictures, normally 100+.
