We bought a Bosch about two years ago to replace an ancient Maytag and were very disappointed. Spent about $700, got the stainless interior.
After about 18 months, the pump failed, had to be replaced. The warranty had just expired. Cost was about $350, IIRC.
Yeah, it's very quiet. But it doesn't do nearly as good a job as that old Maytag. To really get the dishes clean, we have to use the maximum, longest cycle at all times. I think next time I'll spend a little more and go with a Miele.
