Not certain about Washington law. Look at the Washington L&I website, there may be something there.
I would certainly hire an attorney on this.
Another option is to post something on the Misubishi facebook page. Just a comment. You want to use the "@mitubishi" in the comment to get their attention. Companies don't like this. Bad
