cyclomondo (an Aussie) sells on his eBay store, he is reliable and his decals are good quality. They are vinyl stick-on, not water-slide, so not perfect for a super-authentic restoration but for you and I, easy and perfect. Costs about $50 for a set. More for the Reynolds stickers.

There are a couple other sources - hlloyd in the UK (may have the water-slide type), velocals (maybe better for custom work), etc.
