The curse of having a nice (or even a ratty one, I guess...based on this auction) early 911S is that you will find yourself among some unsavory characters indeed.
Any pool hall contains a much better class of people than some I met among the early 911 set. This a fairly recent thing...never really happened until the values of the nice examples went to the high five and six figures range.
Sammy...you were lucky to have avoided the curse. Seriously!
