Me, I am hanging on OK. Today, I weigh 5 pounds more than when I graduated college almost 25 years ago. I wasn't much of a looker in college, so there was much room for improvement.
I like a woman aging naturally, let the wrinkles happen but stay healthy and active and watch your weight. In general I am against plastic surgery unless you really look like hell, but trying to look 20 when you are 50-60 is just silly.
Here's an aging gracefully.
And not so much. Guess who this.

Priscilla was so pretty when she was young! In some cases the prettier ones age the worst! Not always though. I know a few who aged very well (no wrinkles or sagging)!
As you said, plastic surgery is unnatural... but in some cases helps... I would say that although Cher looks like a doll (motionless face) she still looks kinda good for 66.
In my case I was always considered very handsome

and still look the same now as I did 15 years ago. In my case I know it is the genes!
