I'd like to provide some sources, but I haven't gotten to that point yet. You'll probably have more luck finding a clutch rebuilder than finding an off-the-shelf diaphragm spring for a DIY project.

Kennedy Engineered Products is one source, but they sell new and remanufactured clutches for high torque/horsepower applications - might be overkill for a regular street car. However, a Google search might be your friend.
