They should be satin. So basically the same as powder coat Black. Not Matte and not Gloss, just a slight sheen to them....
Rob, would be interested in wheel refurb if you do them? I got some done by a crowd on South Road Mile end, they were good but
AFAIK the only place in Adelaide that does them.
