so here is an update.
newyears day my brother came up and we did some shooting on the neighbors property. i figured they would call the cops and they did. but i did not find out about it until yesterday. more on this later.
the lady that has the daughter that needed to walk thru their yard to get to the school bus paid to have a survey done on one side of the bad neighbors property. tammy lives donw the road from them, not next to them. the bad neighbor (todd) came out and argued with the surveyer that that was not right and this was his property. so late that night, todd came out and posted a private property sign on the damn to my yard, and one on state propery facing tammys house.

i put up the sign in the second pic to make fun of his little PP sign. i mean come on, after a dozen times telling us he will call the cops if kids come on his property?
BTW, yes, tammy tried to talk to him to work this out. she even asked if her daughter could cut through for 2 days until we had the path cut. he was not nice about it.
so the cops got called on saturday. basically he said we all need to get along. all the while he kept looking at my sign and laughing saying, "man that is funny".
between saturday and yesterday.
todd has been making phone calls trying to get the sign taken down. he cant since it is on private property.
this kinda made me mad.
he called brookgreen gardens to try to get them to stop the kids from walking on brookgreen property. the guy at brookgreen asked him how long he lived there. todd said 3 weeks. he told him if he has pissed off this many people in this short of time, he better find some way to make amends and told him the kids can walk onthe property.
i new this next call waws just a matter of time.
he called animal control on me. i dont know if my dog went on his property yesterday or not. but before animal control(AC) got there, hs had to call them back to cancel the call because his dog was on my property. he had to ask my son if he could come over and get his dog.
i talked to the AC guy yesterday anyway. he is the one that has filled in some of what has been going on with other people, along with us shooting.
in short, he told todd the same thing. if he wants to put up fences and live ina compound, go live is a subdivision. you have it made out here, nad yes, there will be gun fire out here quite a bit and he needs to figure out how to get along.
like i said in the begining. this was all over someones dog(or wild animal) that got into his garbage(that was left on the ground), the same one that has gotten into my garbage.
but, instead of talking to ME about the dog, his girl friend, some young trinky, yells at my 12 yr old son and they make up some BS story about insurance wont let kids on their property and he will call the cops if they come on his property.
the solution is simple. its the same one that i came up with when i had dog problems. its not worth the fight with my neighbor over her dog, so i just make sure he cant get into my garbage and life is good. i know it will jsut start a fight with her, she is not going to chain her dog, im not going to ask her to chain her dog, i just make sure her dog cant get my garbage. i also keep him scared of me so he does not hang around too much.

i told the 2 cops i talked to to tell him to come over and we can talk about it and i will tak the sign down.
