Agreed, but if ther only intention was to knock the plant off the grid they could do that remotely without getting close to the nuker. That would result in little or nothing, maybe temporary roving black-outs.
what makes a place like that a target is the potential for releasing nuclear radiation.
Even smashing into the exposed turbine and associated equipment shouldn't result in any significant release.
To really cause serious bad stuff to hapen, the sheet-heads would have to penetrate containment and get to the core.
