Yeah, I heard the same thing. Went on the web to do a little checking and decided to turn off the Java plug ins on my browser (Firefox.) Apparently, the problem is not with Java script but with the plug-ins--don't know the difference between the two but there is some difference. Anyway, with the plug-ins disabled, I've not encountered any issues with the sites I normally visit. Once you turn them off, you can go the the Java site and determine if your computer has any Java programs currently running. I figure, why not take a little precaution?
