photo.net has some decent classic camera forums, if I recall correctly.

The other thing I might suggest is to try a local camera specialist which deals in antique or collectible cameras, or even one which does repairs on film cameras of any sort. They may not be able to fix it, but are likely to know who can. The other option, which may be a longshot but might be worth trying, is to contact Jager-Lecoultre themselves and see if they have any suggestions. They're proud enough of their heritage to post a page on their site about the camera, so perhaps they've kept track of resources relating to it.
