This is what makes the interwebs so amusing to me. The never ending debates and differing experiences. Oil additives? Mustangs? Living ONLY in beautiful Kalifornication? Best movie/book/song ever? Best guitar? PARF! Tits? Or azz and legs?
We have owned a Time Share since 1981. It's in Kissimmee Fla. We have never stayed at the place where we own. We have traveled all over the USA, south America, etc. If circumstances were such that I was unable to go - the wife took her GF's and they made a 'girls week out' of it. If we were unable to go, due to some last minute change, we rented the week we own in Fla. Never a problem - since its minutes from Disney.
