I'm sure it will do everything you need. But how much will it haul realistically? That seat folds down to a flat area, not a bed. You aren't going to load that up with dirt/mulch/etc and do much with it.

That is all dependent on your needs. If its not going to leave the place the size isn't an issue, and its easier to get it on a trailer than up into the back of a pickup anyways.
If you really need to haul it, there is a smaller mule, or the polaris RZR, which are both made to fit in the bed of a pickup.
